Withdrawal information
14-day withdrawal period
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Whether that right applies, and when the period begins, depends on the contract and the circumstances. This information does not replace individual legal advice.
How to exercise withdrawal
You may use our electronic withdrawal function to send a withdrawal request. You may also email us at hello@wisekids.academy or write to the postal address below. Please identify yourself and the contract clearly enough for us to process the request. Giving a reason is not required.
We will send an electronic confirmation to the email address supplied with the request. Submitting the electronic form records the request for later administrative processing; it does not itself automatically change a Stripe subscription.
Consequences of withdrawal
Where a withdrawal right applies and is exercised effectively, the parties generally return the performances received, subject to the applicable rules. For a digital service or subscription, the consequences can depend on whether performance began during the withdrawal period with the consumer’s express request and the legal requirements for that situation. We will assess the request and any applicable consequences individually and communicate with the consumer.
